Carol Browning was seriously injured when the car she was driving collided with a semi-tractor trailer driven by David Flint at the intersection of 78th St and Progress Blvd. Browning’s car subsequently crashed into another truck. The intersection is controlled by traffic lights in all directions. Flint reportedly ran a red light, however, unless there is a traffic camera at the intersection the only way to prove the color of the light at the time of the accident is through witness testimony, which is not always reliable.
