Keith Williamson was killed and Jenna Scott was injured when the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a marked Florida Highway Patrol cruiser on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The cruiser had its emergency lights on because the trooper was engaged in traffic control in the construction zone.
